GREYWACKE VODKA
Pure, silky minerality straight from the mountains themselves.

Our first spirit released, it started with a simple question: "Why can't the world's finest vodka come from the Catskills?"
Greywacke is the official name for what we all call bluestone. It quite literally makes up the Catskill Mountain ridge.
As it erodes, the greywacke rock provides a lovely structured minerality to the water flowing through the mountains.
We created Greywacke Vodka specifically to express that minerality. Made with 100% NYS corn, it is first carefully polished with a low-and slow final distillation and then a final filtering through our (patent pending!) "Silver and Stone" all natural filtering process.
The result is an exceptionally smooth, mineral-forward spirit. We recommend it as a martini with a twist to bring all that minerality front and center -- it actually gets stronger when enjoyed ice cold.

Station Navy Strength is big, bold, and delighful.
It's very juniper-forward to stand tall in boldly flavored cocktails. The red label is a nod to what is possibly it's noblest use: as the backbone of a finely crafted negroni.
Bottles at traditional 57% ABV Station Navy Strength Gin is a sophisticated take on the traditional gin style. Entirely vapor infused to bring out the bright flavors of just a handful of carefully chosen botanicals to balance out the juniper
including the native creeping thyme that fills teh pastures throughout Lexington.
It's bold, yet bright. It's made many a "I don't drink gin" coverts in our tasting room!

We made this one for the locals.. but wow are folks quaffing it at the tasting room. Our distiller made it with care, of course -- but a distiller doesn't always know where it'll end up as a sipper, a cocktail, an apertif? Digestif? Sometimes it's just so damn tasty you have to share it out/ This is floral "End to end": the honey, the chili, and we like to think of it like a long floral musical note: wait a beat, and you'll feel the Heat tp sweet.
Our beloved community has found a TON of places for it in their cocktails. They made it a regular on our house cocktail list -- the "Kicking Mule."
Our homtown of Lexingon has a healthy base of (deservedly!) proud Ukrainians. We wanted to honeor that culture with a signature bottling, and specifcally one that bring together the Ukraininan and Lexington profile.
